Renowned companies such as VAUDE and Ortovox will take to the main stage at Alpinmesse to discuss future trends, opportunities, and challenges in the development and implementation of circular textile solutions. VAUDE’s CEO will take us through the company’s journey, from its early beginnings to its successful positioning as the first Green Shape-certified brand.
We will present Ortovox’s first circular T-shirt and offer exclusive insights into the development of this innovation. FreyZein, a company dedicated to high-performance solutions, will share its work on a bio-based waterproof membrane designed to reduce the use of plastics in clothing.
Nadine Schratzberger, co-founder of Fashion Revolution Austria and an active member of the Fashion Forward Collaborative, is committed to making the fashion industry fit for the future, with a strong focus on the people behind the industry.
The event goes beyond materials and technologies. As part of this networking session, we will also explore consumer behaviour and highlight the people who make circular systems possible. A truly circular economy requires not only innovative fibres and products, but also conscious consumer choices and strong collaboration across the entire value chain.
The programme concludes with an open panel discussion featuring all speakers, moderated by Nadine Schratzberger. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share perspectives, and discuss collective visions for a circular future in the outdoor industry.
