Frankford's IT-Solutions GmbH

Frankford's IT-Solutions GmbH is a software company in Innsbruck, Austria, focused on AI applications. We build AI assistants that answer questions from a company's own documents and back every answer with its source. We also develop forecasting and recommendation methods and agent interfaces based on the Model Context Protocol, which let AI assistants such as ChatGPT check availability and send booking requests.

In AI we care about traceable results. Key figures and recommendations are produced by our own deterministic code. The language model phrases and prioritises them, so every figure stays verifiable. For sensitive data, the models can run locally instead of in the cloud. Before we build, we work out which use cases pay off: benefit, running costs, build or buy.

We also develop and run custom software, SaaS platforms and web applications, and automate recurring processes. We build our solutions ourselves instead of merely connecting off-the-shelf tools, and we support projects from concept to ongoing operation. Our main technologies are Python, Java, Angular, .NET/C# und Docker. We work as general contractor and as subcontractor for partner firms, mainly for software vendors, startups and businesses in tourism and hospitality.
