DVT-Daten-Verarbeitung-Tirol GmbH is a subsidiary of the Federal Region of Tirol. DVT was formed in 1997 and is responsible for EDP matters of the Federal Region of Tirol ranging from IT project management and software development to datacenters. DVT also runs the Tirol Schools Network (TSN), the Tirol Municipalities Network (TGN) for administration-related processes and the Portal Tirol as a central and secure access to a wide range of applications of the Federal Region of Tirol.
As an IT service provider DVT is also responsible for the operation of the service desk of the TSN, TGN and the Federal Region of Tirol.
